Today, we’re excited to share some significant updates to our platform that we believe will make your experience smoother, more valuable, and easier to navigate.

At Benefits Cloud, we’re constantly listening to feedback and looking for ways to improve. Over the past few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes to refine our platform based on what matters most:

  • Clear pricing.
  • Intuitive functionality.
  • And of course, providing you with valuable and exciting benefits and offers!

In this update, we’ll walk you through our new transparent pricing structure that grows with your business, explain the core features that every user gets regardless of package size, and share the improvements we’ve made to create a cleaner, more focused experience.

These changes reflect our commitment to making Benefits Cloud the most user-friendly and valuable employee benefits platform available, designed specifically with UK businesses in mind.

Transparent Pricing, Better Value

One of the most important updates we’re introducing is our new tiered pricing structure. We’ve designed this system to be completely transparent, fair, and scalable as your business grows.

Here’s how our new pricing works:

✅ Up to 50 users: Just £100/year.

✅ 51-100 users: £200/year.

✅ 101-250 users: £500/year.

✅ 251-500 users: £1000/year.

You’ll know exactly what you’ll pay each year without surprise fees or hidden costs, and we’ll ensure that smaller businesses aren’t priced out, while larger organisations pay proportionally for their increased usage. 

For context, our largest package works out to just £4 per employee per year for a 250-person company, or around 33p per employee per month. 

That’s exceptional value for a comprehensive benefits platform that delivers real savings to your team members every single day!

Most importantly, every single package includes the same features. Whether you’re a startup with 10 employees or an established business with 200+ team members, you get the full Benefits Cloud experience without any restrictions or limitations.

Five Core Features, One Great Experience

Every Benefits Cloud package, regardless of size, includes these five features:

Own Brand Benefits Portal: Your benefits portal carries your company branding, creating a cohesive experience that feels like a natural extension of your business. 

User Management Made Simple: Adding new team members, removing leavers, and managing access permissions is straightforward and easy. Our admin interface lets you handle user management efficiently without needing technical expertise or lengthy setup processes.

Daily New Offers: Fresh deals and discounts are added to the platform every single day, ensuring your employees always have new opportunities to save money. This constant refresh keeps the platform engaging and ensures that every team member will find offers relevant to their lifestyle and interests.

Company News & Offers Integration: Share your own company updates, internal offers, or important announcements directly through the platform. This feature transforms Benefits Cloud from just a discount portal into a communication hub that employees want to visit regularly.

Premium Offers Access: All users get access to our premium partnership deals, including significant discounts with major brands and exclusive offers you won’t find elsewhere.

Less Clutter, More Focus

Improved Search Function

We heard your feedback loud and clear—finding relevant offers quickly was sometimes more challenging than it should have been. Our previous search functionality could feel overwhelming, returning too many results that weren’t quite right, or missing offers that were perfect matches for what you were looking for.

Our new search function understands context better and prioritises the most relevant and valuable offers. Whether you’re looking for “family days out,” “gym memberships,” or “restaurant discounts,” you’ll find what you need in seconds rather than minutes.

This improved efficiency means people are more likely to use the platform regularly, maximising the return on your investment in our platform.

Removal of Pinboard and Cloud Store

We’ve decided to remove the Pinboard and Cloud Store features from Benefits Cloud. This wasn’t an easy choice, but it was the right one based on user feedback and platform analytics.

Instead of enhancing the experience, they were creating confusion and adding unnecessary complexity to what should be a straightforward benefits platform. 

By removing these features, we’ve created a cleaner, more focused experience that puts the spotlight firmly on what Benefits Cloud does best: delivering excellent discounts and offers that save your employees money every day. The platform now feels less cluttered, allowing users to find valuable offers without distraction.

Rest assured, this streamlining hasn’t affected our core discount functionality in any way. In fact, by focusing our development resources on the features that matter most, we’re able to continuously improve the quality and variety of offers available to your team.

Your New Guide

We’re delighted to introduce our comprehensive Super User Guide, designed specifically for platform administrators who want to get the absolute most value from Benefits Cloud. This guide can be found in the Help/Useful Links tab on the portal. 

This is a practical, actionable guide that covers everything from initial setup best practices to a handy hints and tips page sharing how you can best make use of the platform.
