About Us

Petaurum HR and Benefits Cloud

In January 2013, the founders of Petaurum, Adam Davey & Mark Dyer were determined to take their course within the HR industry, to create a company that would bring innovation to the market and offer support, advice and solutions that businesses genuinely need. With a vision of ‘Enhancing workplaces by setting up teams for success’ their overriding mantra was to provide straightforward solutions to complex issues and problems, using their experience and expertise to help their clients to succeed.

As their journey progressed, they noticed a gap in the market with employee recognition and support being a key issue that many businesses were struggling to find an effective solution for, without spending a fortune.

This is where the idea of Benefits Cloud was born, with a founding principle of ‘pay as you go, evolve as you grow’. In other words, pay for what you need, when you need it rather than spending a fortune on a ‘bells and whistles’ benefits solution, most of which you don’t really need and probably won’t use.

Benefits Cloud is an online platform that enables businesses to offer their employees a range of benefits, discounts and perks – both to help them save money from their net pay and also to help support their financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

We provide all the tools you need to get started, and our team is always on hand to support you every step of the way.

Benefits Cloud helps businesses to manage, connect and engage with their employees. We provide a wide range of features and tools to help businesses get the most out of their employee benefits.

We are constantly expanding our product range and services, to make sure that we are always at the forefront of employee benefits.

If you would like to find out more about how we can help your business, then please do not hesitate to get in touch. We would be more than happy to discuss your specific needs and requirements.
