Our Story

In January 2013, Adam Davey and Mark Dyer founded Petaurum with a clear mission: to revolutionize HR by delivering the support, advice, and solutions businesses actually need—not just what the market was selling.

Guided by their purpose of “Making better Workplaces” they built their practice on a simple philosophy: cut through complexity with straightforward solutions that work.

As they grew, Adam and Mark identified a critical gap. Businesses were desperately seeking effective employee recognition and wellbeing support, but existing solutions forced them to choose between inadequate options or eye-watering price tags loaded with features they’d never use.
